One of the waste trekking in my life

Tthe experience did not meet my expectations, and I would like to highlight several concerns.Change in Itinerary: Before booking, the itinerary mentioned trekking on Saturday and sightseeing on Sunday. However, once the journey started, these plans were swapped. This unexpected change significantly affected my Monday work schedule, as we did not return until 4 AM, causing considerable inconvenience.Lack of Arrangements: After the trek, there were no arrangements made for freshening up, which was extremely uncomfortable for everyone involved. This lack of planning greatly diminished the overall experience.Unresponsive Coordinators: The trek coordinators, especially Rahul and Dharmesh, displayed a lack of responsibility and communication. They failed to provide necessary information and did not show concern for all participants, only focusing on a select few individuals. This lack of inclusivity and professionalism was highly disappointing.Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had with a trekking team. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the organization and management of future treks.
