The Dudhsagar Trek is considered moderate in difficulty. The trail involves walking through dense forests, rocky terrain, and crossing streams. While it's not overly challenging, it requires a reasonable level of fitness, especially during the monsoon season when trails may be slippery.
The best time to do the Dudhsagar Trek is from October to February when the weather is relatively dry and pleasant. However, the waterfall is most spectacular during the monsoon season (June to September) when it's in full flow. It's essential to check weather conditions before planning your trek, especially during the monsoon.
